Aviary

Aviary is a personal and probing short documentary that examines the harmful consequences of inadequate sex education in schools and the powerful, often unregulated role media plays in shaping young people's understanding of sex and consent. Through a reflective and critical lens, the film explores how these gaps in formal education create space for misinformation, confusion, and the normalization of toxic masculinity.

This film serves not only as an exposé but also as a deeply personal tool to deconstruct harmful gender norms and initiate a broader conversation about what it truly means to be a man—and a boy—in today's world. This documentary challenges viewers to rethink cultural narratives around masculinity, offering a vision of vulnerability, accountability, and redefinition.
