BIOGRAPHY
Achieved a degree in Social Work in December 1996.
She worked at the Department of Social Development for the past 28 years.
She did general Social Work and then 5 years at the Office of the Family Advocate.
For the past 14 years she has been employed at the Provincial Department of Social Development as a Victim Empowerment Coordinator.
Ms Otto currently compiles the report for the National GBV Strategic Plan to end GBVF for DSD.
She compiles the 365 days of activism for no violence against women and children plan.
She forms part of the development of Policies and Legislation relating to GBVF services.
Monitoring and Evaluation of NPOs and DSD GBV programs
Conduct training and development in the sector.
